Konzept
Simply forms, pure lines and design are the concepts that sum up one of the latest outdoor furniture collections designed by the responsible of Studio A-cero, architectures Joaquín Torres and Rafael Llamazares, for the firm VONDOM: REST.
Inspiring from the ORIGAMI, Japanese art based in the folding paper in order to get different forms and in the thinking line “Less is more”. The composition is formed by an armchair, sofa, and table, of which modular structure allows you to adapt them freely to your needs in every space.
The manufacture technique is the rotomoulding, focused on a technology process that guarantees the maximum quality taking care of every detail.
REST shows the essence from its creators always loyal to elegance, beauty and exclusivity as the total adaption to customers. From geometrical defined forms, along with the dynamic, elegant and lightness features, a new collection that offers the maximum comfort to its users and is integrated perfectly in the avant-garde architecture is born, thanks to its contemporary design as a principle from studio A-cero.

Spain
The architecture studio A-cero was founded in 1996 in A Coruña - Spain. Since the beginning, it established a philosophy design of modern architecture inspired by the art world, especially in sculpture, and in the best contemporary architects and designers, finding soon its own hallmark. The team, led by Joaquin Torres & Rafael Llamazares, has grown in proportion to its activity and customer demand. The success achieved mainly by single family houses, followed the orders of the first large buildings such as an office building in the M-40 in Madrid or the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of A Coruña. In recent years, the work in the Studio has been intensified enhancing the department of landscaping and interior design (creating even its own showroom in Madrid), and ending the conceptual model of architecture as a whole: Architecture, interior design and landscaping. Moreover, A-cero Tech project (modular houses) is now a reality as an option for a high quality demand. Very quickly, A-cero has begun its process of internationalization after winning a private competition for a 500,000 m2 complex in Dubai. Now, the Studio has offices in Madrid, A Coruña and Dubai and currently is developing projects in countries like India, the USA, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Russia, Malta, Dominican Republic… In 2012, the museum of contemporary Art of Valencia (IVAM) dedicated a retrospective exposition to the A-cero work. Today with 20 years of hard word, of a lot experiences designing Joaquín Torres and his partner Rafael Llamazares, go into more and largest projects such as the recent Headquarters for “Metro” company in Madrid.
