Arranging a separate place to work at home within a shared environment is possible thanks to the FLAT_SCREEN acoustic wall system. High partitions forming a ‘screen’ (160, 180, 200 and 220 cm) make it possible to separate oneself temporarily from the indoor noise and focus on the tasks at hand. Such a screen will also work well as an information board or a background during a videoconference. Individual walls can be connected with each other by means of long fasteners, which makes the solution mobile and modular. A lightweight screen consisting of two, three or more wings can be formed and arranged in any way you see fit. The triangular plywood bases can be easily disassembled, enabling convenient storage of partitions.

The hallmarks of the FLAT_SCREEN series are neutral, smooth walls, upholstered with melange SONUS fabric in felt finish, demonstrating good sound-absorbing properties. FLAT_SCREEN has been designed in line with the sustainable design approach. Panels are made of post-consumer plastics- polyester nonwoven fabric. The waste generated by end users, mainly PET bottles, is recycled and re-used later on. This way we don’t create demand for new resources. In addition, using the resource in question instead of oil-based primary materials generates about 50% less harmful emissions.

Konzept

Mit dem Schallschutzwand-System FLAT_WALL gelingt es, zu Hause einen Arbeitsplatz vom Wohnbereich abzuteilen und zu gestalten. Die hohen Trennwände, die zugleich auch einen Sichtschutz bilden (160, 180, 200 und 220 cm), ermöglichen es, sich zeitweise von Innenraumgeräuschen abzuschirmen. So kann man sich besser auf die Arbeit konzentrieren.

Eine solche Trennwand dient sehr gut auch als Informationstafel oder als neutraler Hintergrund bei einer Videokonferenz.

Die einzelnen Wände können mit Reissverschlüssen beidseitig miteinander verbunden werden. So ist das modulare Wandsystem vielseitig einsetzbar. Eine Trennwandgruppe, die aus zwei, drei oder mehr Elementen besteht, kann beliebig angeordnet werden. Ob gerade oder halbkreisförmig, sie ist leicht, mobil und flexibel. Die dreieckigen Sockel aus Schichtholz sind leicht demontierbar, so dass sich die Wände bequem lagern lassen. Die schallabsorbierenden Paneele wurden mit Post-Consumer-Recyclingmaterialien (PCR) hergestellt: einem Vliesmaterial aus PET-Flaschen.
