Carso

The Carso series is inspired by the typical phenomenon called "carsismo" of the city of Trieste which, by its geographical location, is a bridge between east and west blending Mediterranean and European characters. The karstic caves' show is characterized by limestone matrix rocks that are pores and of a nice creamy color. Stalactites and stalagmites are created by the infiltration of rainwater and most of them hanging from the ceiling.

The articles in these series are similar for the material with which they are produced: refractory earths with very rough and porous natural (white or gray) coloring.
