Capri

Capri combines old world craft with modern day technology to produce an innovative 100 percent vegetable tanned, full grain leather named after the Roman resort island. Unlike other vegetable tanned leathers, Capri is tanned with a unique vegetable extract from the Peruvian Tara plant. Tara is a very clear tanning agent that does not impact the coloration of the aniline dyes. The tanning recipes paired with precision softening contribute to the suppleness of hand while a specialized ironing provides a smooth velvet surface unmatched by other leathers in its class.
