“Shelf ” is born in London in 1700 to satisfy the great passion for the reading and to hold a lot of books in a little room. Handmade following the same methods of the past, they have even deceived an antiquary who have shown them in the window as period pieces. This product keeps us bound to our historical customers who have been buying a new one for more than thirty years as soon as their own books increase. Pure linseed oil is used to treat the wood, to enhance the grain but also to make it water repellant as well as improve the gloss and generally prolong the life of the product.
