Nemea ist eine Stuhl-Kollektion, deren Form an die Idee der klassischen, von Zeit und Geschichte geprägten Schönheit erinnert. Armlehnstuhl mit Sitzfläche und Rückenlehne aus Multiplex und mit Beinen aus massivem Eschenholz oder amerikanischem Nussbaum und Struktur aus druckgegossenem Aluminium. Die Armlehnen ermöglichen es, die Sitzfläche auf die Tischplatte aufzulegen und vom Boden anzuheben.
Konzept
Athletic agility- Nemea is a collection of classically-shaped seatings, whose visible, light structural elements seem to be smoothed by time, like findings from the Ancient Greece. The side chair seems to extend into an athletic pose, with its sinuous legs in solid ash grafted to the die-casted aluminium frame placed under the plywood seat. The version with arms can be leant on the table.

CMP is an acronym of Cazzaniga Mandelli Pagliarulo, the three founders and friends who gave birth to the studio in 2009. All three come from a university experience at the Milan Polytechnic extremely fertile in ideas, due to the happy circumstance of a human environment full of positive and creative relationships. The distinctive feature of all CMP's works could be identified in the materialization of visual connections between objects of the past, objects of popular culture and natural elements. The latter are the basic ingredients of each project, which are then combined by intuition, and simplified through the three-way dialogue, to produce simple and timeless concepts.
