Small armchair and low small armchair with frame in ash wood available in sand finish (fin.3F) and protected aluminium, powder painted in carob colour. The seat and the back are in EVA, waterproof polymer, available in the following colours: white, sand, dark brown, brick red, bally blue, grey. The seat and backrest cushions are in expanded polyurethane and fibre for outdoor with waterproof cover. The upholstery with fabrics of the Open-air collection is completely removable.
NOTE
The ash wood is a natural material, whose original veining, sometimes even not uniform, stand out. The imperfections of the raw material should not be considered a defect, but rather a quality of the material.
Konzept
Based on the intersection of pure geometric forms, tempered by softer elements, the Loop outdoor armchair available in two sizes is designed by Ludovica and Roberto Palomba. The basic shapes were cleared to obtain simple lines; the surfaces play with materials, such as the hi-tech EVA, which Is completely waterproof, creating totally unexpected, tactile, textured sensations; the design challenges the artisanal tradition, evoking the skill of master cabinet-makers who used to bend wood to make old sailing boats. Comfort is provided by the large cushions with removable covers and waterproof padding.
