Sforza

Sforza is a line of fine carpets, hand knotted using a soft wool from sheep that live on the Tibetan plateaus at more than 3,000 meters. A succession of organic motifs enriched by the high technical quality given by a very dense knit that allow amazing detail and precision. The use of artificial silk in the inserts gives brightness to the pile.

The Classic collection: rich in past memories it enhances contemporary interiors by creating a new aesthetic language, in which the polyphonic narrative surrounding the objects’ histories de nes the overall atmosphere. Amini feels that today’s concept of the classics finds its fruition in models in this collections such Bellagio, Luce, Sforza and Abstract, and also Rare Velvet and Tivoli: these artifacts preserve the inspiring originality of the organic motif and find a perfect location thanks to its monochrome and tone-on-tone intuitions. The versatile color spectrum is the key element of Luce, a range of wool and silk carpets, and Bellagio, a wool and viscose blend, whose three-dimensional look owes greatly to the tireless dedication of traditional craftsmen. The optical illusion of movement on the surface, along with the working of the fleece at different levels, is brought on by the iridescent materials in the weave that create a playful game of shade and light to show up, then hide the pattern. Such a motif is made even more precious by the high technical quality ensured thanks to the thick knotting that allow amazing detail and accuracy. Made exclusively for the Amini family in dedicated workshops, the Classic rugs are masterpieces, resulting from a long tradition, with all-new color choices and unusual combinations, without forsaking the richness of the design and quality of the manufacturing.
