Gusto Antique

GUSTO is a leather type based on a vacuum dried crust, retanned with high quality aniline dye stuffs and fat liquors that give a nice rich hand feel to the leather. After the crust has been sprayed with aniline finish for a more uniform optic, the skins are put in steel drums to mill overnight. Due to special ingredients in the finishing, the leather gets butter soft and the small pebble grain gets a slight, very sophisticated two tone effect.
