LASER CUT We cut metal sheets and its derivatives with a max. size of 4x2m, with a max thickness of 25mm(steel), 12mm(aluminum), 20mm(stainless steel).We also cut pipes within a 315mm dia. MILLING CNC 5 axis. V CUT Starting from a metal sheet with a few mm thickness, ‘V’ form incisions are executed to graze with the cut’s vertex against the surface below. Then the operator folds the panel along the furrow, pasting or WIG welding both parties and getting a live edge, usually at 90 degrees. This process is innovative in the metal field and realized through specific milling operations with CNC machines. This way products are obtained as continuous piece from one sole metal sheet, avoiding any mechanical junction.
