The BassamFellows belief: that nature is a key part of luxury living; that contemporary design can also be exceptional quality, handcrafted, and warm. BassamFellows developed its aesthetic as an alternative to novelty driven, mass produced contemporary design. The result: simple, enduring designs that celebrate the luxury of craft. The look is graphic and organic. A solid walnut stool based on the ergonomics of a tractor seat is constructed using the latest computer carving techniques traditionally applied to the manufacture of shoe lasts. A floating oak and glass pavilion impeccably crafted by Swiss cabinetmakers utilizes state of the art modular engineering. A new craftsman movement for today, BassamFellows is Craftsman Modern.

BassamFellows debuted its first furniture collection at the 2003 Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan.The collection is centered around the values of honesty of materials, solidity of construction, utility, and beauty without elaboration. Materials are traditional, solid, and natural: wood, brass, and leather. Surfaces are hand-finished by oiling, brushing, and oxidizing so that the texture, beauty, and warmth of the material emerge.
