Konsep
A challenge for gravity: All-in is all about daring design choices. Generous shapes and square volumes communicate with minimalism enhancing lightness and composure. Long legs support a structure raised 18 cm above the floor and run up the sides of this sofa in finishes that can be chosen from any of those available in the collection. The structure is entirely concealed from view by the cushions. Two types of backrest are available and can be used together in mixed arrangements: one flush with the armrests and another taller one.

CMP is an acronym of Cazzaniga Mandelli Pagliarulo, the three founders and friends who gave birth to the studio in 2009. All three come from a university experience at the Milan Polytechnic extremely fertile in ideas, due to the happy circumstance of a human environment full of positive and creative relationships. The distinctive feature of all CMP's works could be identified in the materialization of visual connections between objects of the past, objects of popular culture and natural elements. The latter are the basic ingredients of each project, which are then combined by intuition, and simplified through the three-way dialogue, to produce simple and timeless concepts.
