The Construction lamp ultimately originates from a bright curiosity combined with expert skills, industrial tools and a touch of playful passion for vintage construction toys. As a result, the lamp’s details and joints take the shape of Victorian cast iron components and become part of a base that resembles a traditional electricity pole. Enjoy a high voltage stream of inventiveness and light!
Konsep
Inspired by the vast number of combinations possible with the tools and bolts present in his giant workshop, Joost van Bleiswijk started playing with them and ended up constructing and creating a new, exciting design!
Material: Die cast powdercoated aluminium, wooden version with wood slats
Additional: Constructed with brass screws
Colours: matt white/wood, matt black, brass screws
Cleaning instructions: Can be effectively cleaned using a regular household dust cloth or feather duster. Lightly dust inbetween each component when the lamps are not in use. Moooi recommends always reading the label of any cleaning products you wish to use on or near any item from the Moooi collection.
