Shadowplay Low

The shelving system Shadowplay, designed by Munich-based duo Relvão Kellermann, consists only of a ca. 1 mm steel sheet, the sculptural form of which is the result of maximal stability and minimal material use. The lightweight construction of the design-shelf is inspired by industrial shelves with pluggable racks and can be applied in various contexts: Tall shelves with 5 racks are well-suited as a bookshelf, folder shelf or room divider, while low shelves with 3 racks can be used as a sideboard, printer table or as an additional surface at the workplace. The shelving system consists of just two different pieces – flanks and racks – which can be assembled in no time as a simple plug and screw system. The Shadowplay metal shelves are all finished with a high-quality powder coating and are available in various colours.
