Tsukroi 2 Blue

Tsukroi, set of three plates made of glass laquered with Urushi, traditional japanese laquer. This serie is inspired by ‘kintsugi’, a japanese technique to repair ceramic objects involving the use of liquid gold or silver to weld the broken fragments together; each repaired ceramic has a different twine of golden lines, unique because of the casualty with which the material can crumble.
