WW 28 Tea-cosy by Tecnolumen

Tea-cosy by Wilhelm Wagenfeld.
This tea-cosy was designed by Wagenfeld during his activity as head of the metal workshop at the Bauhochschule Weimar. Our reproduction is based on an old prototype in possession of Wilhelm Wagenfeld, and original drawings. The tea-cosy, designed in 1928, consists of nickel plated round metal parts, which are screwed together, thus holding the opaque glass insert. All tea-cosys are consecutively numbered and bear the Tecnolumen logo.

Nickel plated brass, opaque glass.
