Vågspel coat hangers are used to hang up coats or jumpers in workplaces or in conference rooms. The characteristic waveform in wood is derived from the Vågspel magazine rack. The hangers are made of moulded birch or beech with grey wall brackets, or mounted on a floor stand. The Vågspel series has become a signature series for Materia. Several products in this series have received design awards and are represented in artmuseums.

Hanger in laminated birch or beech vaneer. Wall attachment/floor stand in steel, silver-grey powder coating.
