The Tank light boasts a simple archetypal design. Repetitious and rhythmic folds made in sheet aluminium mimic the pleated fabric of traditional light shades. Although this familiar form is evoked, the Tank light is clearly an industrial, graphic and highly contemporary product. Available as a suspension light with frosted glass diffuser in two sizes, and matching floor light; Tall Tank has a cast steel base with a tubular steel stem. The Tank family is suited to both domestic and contract environments. The latest evolution of the Tank light are table and wall lamps. Both models retain the key feature of the original Tank design: a folded sheet metal shade designed to reference a traditional pleated fabric shade and are both available in various powder coated colours.
