Swa of Fornasarig

Setsu and Shinobu Ito sign for FORNASARIG the new project Swa: a cell dedicated to individual relax, thought to follow emotional needs of sharing or meditation. A pronounced graphic sign draws the oak armchair which has got generous dimensions, equipped with side and upper curtains that protect from the wind and the sun turning the project into a shelter, a personal and private nest. Beside this perimeter, a small table suggests the same proportions declining the same language. The top serves as a support for a book or a glass; placed in front of the chair it becomes a footrest extension that allows a more relaxed posture, typical of a lounge chair. Swa permits to share outdoor areas by maintaining a private dimension, and could be placed in a variety of locations: terrace, veranda, winter garden, relaxing areas, swimming pool, on the seashore. The project is completed by a lounge chair with low table.
