We must admit: we are sneaker addicts! Wearing sneakers just hits kymo’s laissez-faire style dead on – be it club, art viewing or business meeting. That is why it was about time, and past, to turn the typical sneaker look into contemporary floor-wear ... thanks to the Milan design-duo Schaub/Oshiro, SPORTS 1 was born.. The elastic, yet durable polyester-mesh-design (a sneaker must-have!) is wrapped around a polyurethane-cellular core, making lying and walking on this rug an airy experience. At the same time, the hexagonally perforated structure of the polyester and durable leather combine to create a sturdy product. Only one question remains: is the SPORTS 1 really an objet d'àrt or more of a contemporary interpretation of a gym mat? You decide …
