Silver - Occasional table

Time has inscribed its traces on the wooden slab of Silver – a coffee table made of wood with a handy slot for moving the table. Rain, snow and sun have weathered the surface painting subtle shades and making every piece unique. The wood used is Stone Pine – exclusively found high up in the European Alps. It grows slowly, is rich in essential oils and smells of fresh forest air. The antiseptic essence has the power to lower the rate of human heartbeats. The blue slot for the ease of moving Silver corresponds to the colour of the frame: a coated steel wire forms a loop - a symbol for the endless current of time.
