Shadylace

Parasols from Sywawa, Designed by Chris Kabel

Product description

Concept

The Shadylace is a playful, romantic umbrella.
It distinguishes itself from the traditional umbrella because the fabric is of genuine lace.
The lace has the design of a roof of foliage and when the sun shines on the umbrella, the lace casts a shadow that can not be distinguished from a genuine roof of foliage.
The experience of someone who is sitting under the Shadylace is similar to the experience of someone who is sitting under a real tree: there is some shadow, but there is also some sunlight shining through the leaves.
There is also a bird on top of the umbrella, the pose of this bird indicates that it is singing cheerfully.

The Shadylace is pre-eminently the perfect parasol for people who wish to distinguish themselves with a parasol which has a very playful and particular image. Both at home as in the professional world of the catering industry the Shadylace creates a very special atmosphere.

There are 2 different types of the Shadylace: the first one is the Shadylace with a green cover and a wooden pole with a golden bird on top of the parasol, the second one is the Shadylace with a white cover, an aluminium pole and a silver bird on top of it. Symo also offers different parasol bases to put this innovative parasol in.
