Shade is a range of canopies for outdoor parasols created by Emu's own research centre in partnership with the French designer, Christophe Pillet. This large-scale, ambitious project is the result of exceptional technological research that has developed a system of stabilisers and levers for extraordinarily easy opening and closing. Innovative materials and a winning design for elegant, beautifully finished products, ideal for home patios and verandas. High quality, robust and beauty make these parasols the perfect accessories to add that final touch to outdoor furniture for both residential and commercial settings. They are available in a range of sizes with either a lateral or a central pole.
The parasols in this collection remain 300/400mm for the side-pole version and a 250mm hexagonal-shaped parasol with a central pole, all available in the latest taupe colour and black for the smaller sizes.
Emu has developed two additional options of beautifully designed granite bases and floor-tiles with practical handles for the tiles and grips in the bases to facilitate handling
