Gunilla Allards latest addition, Sahara Wood, a further development of Sahara, brings us yet a step closer to her source of inspiration.

This by a newly designed frame consisting of elegant turned wood legs with chromed details. The characteristic expression that lies in the shape and construction of the arms remains and the combination with the wood legs offers a softer, warmer version of Sahara. The combination between metal and wood creates an exquisite meeting. ”It is like a jewel” says designer Gunilla Allard.

Sahara Wood is available as an easy chair and a 2-seater sofa. The wood legs and the arms, which constitute the key to the construction, are available in walnut and in black or white stained ash. Bold vertical saddle-stitching on the seat and back, creates a strong visual expression.

Sahara Wood table, with the same strong identity of the turned wood legs, offers the perfect complement to the easy chair and sofa. The simple squared shaped table top in combination with the decorative wood legs creates a balanced overall impression. The table, offered in walnut, and in black or white stained ash veneer is available in two sizes.

The creation of the Sahara Wood series makes Sahara an extended family of products that enables a variety of possibilities for exclusive and elegant lounge and waiting areas as well as home interiors.
