With its generous padding, inviting armrests and high back, the Repos visually exudes the kind of comfort that only a large, swivel lounge chair can offer. Its taller brother, the Grand Repos, boasts a six-centimetre higher backrest and an expressive wing chair element to enhance this aura even further. With the Grand Repos lounge chair, Vitra and Antonio Citterio bring a new quality of comfort and motion to the world of living: A concealed synchronised mechanism holds the chair in position across its full range of motion. The Repos and Grand Repos are available in a variety of leathers and fabrics, with deco- rative seams that lend the chair a distinctly contemporary, almost technical flair. The four-star base made of die-cast aluminium comes in polished and coloured lacquer versions. The upholstered small Panchina bench can be used as a simple, universal seating pos- sibility or as a matching ottoman to Antonio Citterio’s Repos and Grand Repos. There are also ottomans available to match the two lounge chairs.
