Shelving System 606 semi-wall mounted
If the wall does not have the necessary load-bearing capacity, the E-profile can be connected with the X-profile, which is mounted to the wall by using two wall brackets. The load is thus transferred to the floor and potential protrusions can be bypassed. The additional shelf depth of 10-12 cm can be used to set up television equipment for which the maximum floor depth of 36 cm would perhaps not otherwise suffice. Two cross rails per grid unit must be used between the X-profiles. This results in a grid dimension of 91 and 66.5 cm in the sequence.

If the shelf is to be mounted independent from the wall, the X-profile can also be compressed between floor and ceiling. The E-profiles can now also be attached to the X-profile on both sides so that when set up as a room divider, both sides of the shelf can be used. The X-profiles are available in any length up to 333 cm for a room height up to 347 cm. You can also simply indicate to us the lowest room height. Prerequisite for compressing the profiles are fixed ceilings and floors. Two cross rails per grid unit must be inserted between the X-profiles. These also can be moved into the profiles so that they are located behind shelves or cabinets. The cross rails result in a grid size of 91 and 66.5 cm. To use them in the contract market we have developed an E-X-Eprofile, consisting of an X- with two integrated E-profiles, and which can also be used in higher rooms up to 420 cm or heavier loads due to its higher stability.

The backbone of Shelving System 606 are punched E-profiles, in which shelves, cabinets and tables can be hung. The E-profiles can be directly mounted on the wall. By sequencing the profiles in dimension between axes of 91.2 and 66.7 cm, different sized shelves are possible, which can also be supplemented later. If the profiles are mounted 34.5 cm above the floor, a suspended table from Table Program 570 can be integrated. A cabinet hung next to this is hence also at table level (74 cm) and can be aligned flush with the E-profile. Prerequisite for mounting the E-profile directly on the wall are load-bearing walls made of concrete or stone. With respect to the wall plug to be used, please enquire at your local construction materials dealer.

Shelving System 606 free-standing
If a shelf is to be erected without touching the wall and ceiling it is possible to mount a free-standing shelf by using stabilizing feet. X-profiles with a maximum length of 190 cm and a drilling for attaching the stabilizing feet are required for this. Three cross rails per grid unit should be used for free-standing shelves. They lead to the grid dimensions of 91 and 66.5 cm.
