Monobloc or dismantlable phenolic lockers with aluminium profiles and fittings. The doors, base, top and shelves are 8 mm thick, the sides 4 mm thick and the back is 3 mm thick and perforated for ventilation. The legs are height adjustable.
All the doors are fitted with a toothed key lock. Different types of lock (coin-op locking, knob with padlock, combination lock, electronic lock, proximity locking) can be fitted on demand.
Finishing options: It is possible to choose the colour of the doors, to have final panels the same colour as the doors, a locker with a baseboard of phenolic or stainless steel, an opening limiter, etc.
There are variety of bodies available, consisting of 1 or 2 doors, with a width of 300 or 400 mm.
The phenolic sheets are compact, non-porous and water-resistant, ensuring a hard-wearing and long-lasting material with a useful life of at least 25 years. The phenolic material withstands direct contact with water. Tests have been carried out in the laboratory to confirm resistance to surface abrasion, scratching, cracking, impact, dimensional stability, dry heat (180º), moist heat, immersion in boiling water, stains, cigarette burns, steam and anti-bacteria treatment in accordance with the criteria of European regulations.
The packaging is designed to ensure protection during transport, and is made of materials that are recycled and completely recyclable in a municipal treatment system.
These units do not require excessive maintenance and can be cleaned with water alone, and where necessary, with neutral cleaning products.
Various tests have been performed, in accordance with UNE11016:1989 and UNE11017:1989.
