Pey new sizes and formats
Set of tables, complements, accessories and storage for the office, libraries, hospitality and domestic. Since its first edition in 2001, this colection has been progressively improving the quality and resistence and has incresased the number of formats and sizes according to the market needs. These new versions are shown in this 2010 edition. Regulations: UNE-EN 527-1:2001 - Dimensions, UNE-EN 527-2:2003 - Mechanic security, UNE-EN 527-3:2003- Structure stability and mechanical resistence, IEC-61340 (part 2-1, part 2-3, part 5-1) Static electricity dissipation. Prevention of lipoatrophy.

Mobles114 is a sensitive and committed company to improve the quality of life and planet preservation. For this reason, the company works in a responsible way in the edition and design of their products as well as in the subcontracted production process. Pey collection has been eco-restyled to reduce the environmental impact >65%.

Sizes
The Pey System has standardized a large quantity of sizes in the different versions of four, six or eight legs. Models from 55 cm to 830 cm, leg heights of 40, 74, 76 cm (to meet the standards of accessibility) and 90 cm Height.

Structure
Structure with only 4 legs up to 280 cm. Frame and legs in extruded alluminium of 5 cm wide. Link corner made of injected alluminium which gives great strength to the table and makes assembling easier. From 160 cm long, there is an addition of cross pieces to complete the structure, which can be used also to fix some of the accessories for the electrification. Frame are polyester painted in white RAL 9002 or dark grey RAL 9006. Ask for terms and prices for special finish.

HPL top
High Pressure laminated top of 8mm thickness, of high strength, durability and homogeneity. Standardized in white colour RAL 9002 and dark grey RAL 7039. For customized finishes please ask for terms. Tops up to 150 cm wide are one single piece. From this size all tables will have divided top. Regulations: EN 438 - Impact resistence. DIN 53479 (1,45 g/cm3) - Density. DIN 53799 (+-0,5 mm) - Thickness tolerance. DIN 53799 (450C) - Abrasion resistance. DIN 53455 ( 110 N/mm2) - Flexion resistance. DIN 53457 (11.000 N/mm2) - Elastic module DIN 4102 (B1) - Fire resistance “F” Quality. NPF 92/501 (M1) - Fire resistance “F” Quality. DIN 53389 - Dimension changes. Resistance Surface (10[9] - 10[11] Ohm). Resistance to cigarrette burns. Low content of formaldehyde. Suitable for alimentary use. Resistant to cleaning chemical substances.

Glass top
Translucent laminated glass of 10 mm (5+5 mm) or lacquered glass, vitrified and tempered glass lacquered white RAL 9002 matt Clearvision light. Both sides of the glass have straight and polished corners. Regulations : EN 14449:2006 - Laminated glass. NE EN 12150-2:2005 - Tempered glass. ISO 12543:1998 - Laminated glass resistance and humidity.

Central base
Table with central base in painted steel white RAL 9002 or dark grey RAL 9006. Round or square top in laminated compact HPL of 13 mm deepth in dark grey RAL 7039 or white RAL 9002 or transparent securised glass (VT) of 10 mm.
