Outdooroven by Weltevree

Cooking becomes an outdoor activity with the Outdooroven by Dick van Hoff. The desire to prolong the outdoor-season and to be able to enjoy outdoor eating and outdoor living throughout the entire year, makes Weltevree introduce this new way of cooking. The action and quality of outdoor cooking is represented by means of a cookbook that was especially made for the Outdooroven. Because of his view on cooking, his skills and product preferences, Weltevree chose chef Jeroen van Werven (Restaurant Look, Arnhem) as a partner for this project. He used the Outdooroven to prepare stews, desserts, pizzas and many more delicious dishes. This cookbook is not just a collection of recipes, but a manual of how to make the most of the seasons, your surroundings and the Outdooroven.
