Monobloc or dismantlable metal and phenolic lockers designed for dynamic changing rooms, combining maximum functionality with good design and ergonomics. They incorporate a variety of environmental concepts aimed at achieving furniture units that are in tune with the environment throughout their life cycle.

LOCKERS:
FM2/2-400
Framed or dismantlable monobloc lockers, with the body manufactured from polished cold-laminated steel sheet, with approximately 30-50% of its content being recycled steel of a quality complying with European standard EN10130-99. Sheet metal with a thickness of 0.7 or 0.8 mm, and completely recyclable at the end of its life. All the manufacturing processes are controlled in order to ensure the minimum environmental impact.
The doors are manufactured from 10 mm thick phenolic sheet. The phenolic sheets are compact, non-porous and water-resistant, ensuring a hard-wearing and long-lasting material with a useful life of at least 25 years. The phenolic material withstands direct contact with water. Colours can be chosen from the range offered.
The body is finished in epoxy paint, following a procedure with a low environmental impact, with no atmospheric emissions, monitoring of liquid waste discharge and complete reduction of hazardous substances and waste products. Colours can be chosen from the range offered.
Ventilation is provided at the top and bottom of the locker. Compartments with a top shelf and clothes hanger support. The card reader is affixed to the door according to the design chosen by request. All the doors have an independent lock with two keys. Locks with mastering or the fitting of different types of lock (coin-op locking, knob with padlock, combination lock) can be obtained on demand.
There are variety of bodies available, consisting of 1 or 2 doors, with a width of 300 or 400 mm.
The packaging is designed to ensure protection during transport, and is made of materials that are recycled and completely recyclable in a municipal treatment system.
These units do not require excessive maintenance and can be cleaned with water alone, and where necessary, with neutral cleaning products.
Various tests have been performed, in accordance with UNE11016:1989 and UNE11017:1989.

BENCH:
FP-1000
Benches for changing rooms, common rooms, sports centres, etc. Models made of a stable, square-tubed framework of recycled steel, completely recyclable at the end of useful life. All the manufacturing processes are controlled in order to ensure the minimum environmental impact. A stainless steel AISI-304 alloy framework is also offered.

Different models depending on the accessories incorporated, such as: shoe rack, clothes hanger, shelf bracket and backrest, and can be single or double.
In the case of the metal framework, this is coated in epoxy paint, following a procedure with a low environmental impact, with no atmospheric emissions, monitoring of liquid waste discharge and complete reduction of hazardous substances and waste products. Colours can be chosen from the range offered.
The packaging is designed to ensure protection during transport, and is made of materials that are recycled and completely recyclable in a municipal treatment system. The seat assembly is transported assembled, and the other parts dismantled in order to minimise empty spaces in the lorries.
These units do not require excessive maintenance and can be cleaned with water alone, and where necessary, with neutral cleaning products.
