Lumiere XXS by Foscarini

A year after the launch of Lumiere XXL, whose size-descriptive name plays homage to the collection’s twenty year anniversary, Lumiere XXS is born. It has the same balanced forms, the same combination of materials and finishes in the new, smaller, version, which is suitable for a range of environments.

New proportions and a complete design re-working compared to the “historic” Lumiere: Lumiere XXS offers brand new geometries for the diffuser together with a sharper design and a new lacquered finish for the metal tripod base. The enveloping light softly spreads from the body of the blown glass diffuser which was created using artisan methods and re-edited in this new version, with a sharper, more marked profile.

Whether set on a bedside table or a consol, Lumiere XXS adds character to its surrounding space. Easily customized to transform its style and personality, it is available in various combinations: total white or total black, white and bronze, black and bronze or black and white. Lumiere XXS can easily fit a range of environments, with a balanced, elegant presence that is important but not ostentatious, based on the contrast between the warmth of the glass and the cold metal, technology and craftsmanship.
