'LuK' is a seating furniture for semi-public and public areas.
When solitary or in a group, LuK sets a visual accent on public urban spaces, in museums or city parks and shows the combination of 2 different seating positions in one object. Thus giving it a strong formal self-sufficiency.
The user interacts with the object, revealing the playful component of the furniture. The rolling staffs forms a seat, which enables a lounge or an upright position. With a simple gesture the user can spontaneously effect the form of LuK.
LuK adds a playful dimension to sitting.
