The lamp series Kite/Mite/Tite is the result of Foscarini’s research in the field of materials and of its ongoing cooperation with Marc Sadler, the master of contemporary design: it is the new shape of an unmistakably unique mix between light and matter.
The flattened shape of Kite casts the spotlight on the diffuser made out of a special fiberglass fabric with yellow Kevlar® or black carbon thread: the same that made the models Mite, Tite and Lite famous.
Through this special surface, the light source is fully exploited in the whole length of the diffuser and characterizes the entire environment with its original light and presence.
