Product description

The “industrial sculpture” island is a monolith in stone partnered with Eulithe (lightness) and aluminium (mechanical resistance) with supporting elements (side and end panels) that act as a base. The worktops feature drip guard, shaped snack bar areas and built-in stone sinks and they have been designed to accommodate worktops and stainless steel sinks. The wall-mounted base units have wooden jointed-stave or lacquered doors and Greca handle in stainless steel. Two different kinds of island: single snack (with built-in stone sink) or double snack (with stainless steel sink).

Island in Gra Bla marble with doors and units in mahogany, stainless steel Olimpia stools with wooden seat. On the left-hand wall, floor to ceiling Wine Rack. The ceiling-mounted unit in stainless steel makes the most of the space over the islands and peninsulas. It comprises a double shelf in stainless steel with adjustable tie-rods and built-in lighting system, food warmer and indoor miniature greenhouse. Extraction is ceiling mounted. The double shelf are combined with integrated hood and ceiling-mounted extraction unit.

Concept

The main players of Lignum et Lapis are stone and wood: materials used exclusively for design and project creativity. Formal study and technologies have allowed the production of islands, worktops and workbenches in stone: true physical industrial sculptures. The unusual door enhances the fineness of natural wood with its exclusive stave design in variable widths and distances. It is available in various finishes: larch, mahogany, Nordic Oak and in all the lacquer colours from the Collection.
