In Kyo cement version the two main distinctive signs are immediately perceived: the desk with a cement resin finish, material always used in architecture but absolutely innovative in the interior design practice, and the round meeting table that is super imposed to the desktop, becoming its extension and an ideal meeting space.
Cement finish is hand made with manual coat and following plaster trim obtained with hydraulic binders and a particular selection of inert quartz. Each piece requires a processing cycle that lasts about 15 days, from the first coat to the final result. This process makes each table unique and different each other.
The cement finish, perfectly matches with the natural leather finish of the table top that, in the centre shows a movable disc covering the space for connections.
