The jack Trestle was designed to create more legroom beneath one side of a table surface; blending an archetypal trestle with a conventional table leg. It has been developed to compliment the increasing requirement for flexibility in the workspace, hospitality and educational environment as it will need to take on a variety of personalities throughout a working year and the Jack Trestle compliments this approach.

On one side of the Trestle the two surfaces are glued allowing the other side to be flexed with a bracing strut to provide stability. The frame itself is constructed in 12mm birch faced ply.

The result of the design makes the Trestle a flat pack making it a convenient, flexible product for flat storage. This is makes it perfect to send globally where it can be married up to a table top sourced in the destination country. This ensures design consistancy for clients such as the British Council where an element of local sourcing is vital.
