House cushions | House of the Future

Cushions from Audo Copenhagen, Designed by Mogens Lassen

Product description

About this print: For an exhibition held at the Forum in 1929, the two young architects Flemming Lassen and Arne Jacobsen partnered to design the House of the Future. The house featured a garage with an automatic door, a flat screen TV and a helicopter landing pad on the roof. They were awarded first prize for their ideal house. The House of the Future represented the breakthrough of modern architecture in Denmark, and paved the way for the two architects’ amazing careers.
