This triple system GRAND CRU for which a patent application has already been filed is based on the hand-made base mattress braced with hourglass springs in best upholstery tradition. The simply ingenious dynamics of the base's springs activate the sensitive interaction with the differentiated spring force of the intermediate mattress SILHOUETTE. Finest raw materials and processing methods provide for individual resilience of the system and refine the base mattresse's effect by various sophisticated spring tensions. This intermediate spring system supports the top mattresses DIVINA or GRAND CRU N°1 to ensure an even better adaptation to the body contours. To achieve this aim, the first class mattress GRAND CRU N°1 has been refined: thermally ideally treated twelve-coil springs, each sewn manually into cotton pockets, as well as various natural unbonded upholstery materials are covered by an additional layer of cashmere/silk and a ticking of silk/viscose - an overall sensitive mattress offering velvety resilience and uncomparable resting comfort.

In viticultural terms, „Grand Cru“ is the name of a „great plant“. As to interior issues, it represents the nomenclature of the premium bed model created by the SCHRAMM manufactory. Both have in common: They are located in best estates. For wines, an excellent estate results from gradient and direction of a vineyard whereas the bed is composed of a new triple-layered boxspring system uniting masterly craftsmanship and first-class materials. Thereby becoming a predicate piece of furniture to be used with pleasure, night after night.
