FREELINE optimises louvre technology Flexible TASK AREA concepts place high demands on lighting technology. As the luminaire is arranged directly above the workstation, it must provide absolutely glare-free lighting with pleasant contrast. FREELINE has been developed specifically for lighting specific visual tasks at the workstation. The visual task is illuminated from two sides, with precisely directed light. Glare caused by reflections is avoided thanks to laterally emitted light, which also ensures well balanced shadow detail. Indirect light from the centre and, optionally, from the sides ensures optimum visual comfort. People’s sense of wellbeing is enhanced by visible luminance levels. FREELINE and MPO+ technology
The continuous microprismatic optic ensures that the FREELINE MPO+ model can be installed directly above the task area, creating the basis for axis-oriented TASK AREA lighting concepts in offices with advanced technical equipment. Thanks to the special light direction provided by MPO+ technology, annoying reflections can be avoided even on laptop displays inclined at flat angles.
