Concept

The yarn twine developed by De Ploeg that is used for the Everest fabric consists of wool, linen and cotton. The play of colours is created due to the fact that the different natural materials interact with the dye differently. The Everest fabric is woven in a coarse panama weave. The panama fabric structure displays the material effect of the blend of natural yarns.
