Evelina, like glow-worms
A romantic, almost enchanted, flight of glow-worms in the night.
A sweet light, suffused, almost evanescent. This is the idea guiding designer Laura Cocchis in realising Evelina, a garden lamp that evokes the shapes of ancient lanterns.
With a purposely simple re-visitation of shapes, Evelina is a lamp that wants to silently find its place in the landscape in order to exalt it without wanting to become the protagonist.
Square and defined shapes, a one-piece rectangle or 180x180mmxh550mm or 180x180mmxh1000mm of height with an opening, rectangular as well, at the peak to let the light through. The material of Evelina itself, Cor-ten, is what the designer wanted to camouflage the lamp, creating non violent spotlights, light that naturally illuminates the landscape.
Tipology: Outdoor lamp
Materials: Cor-ten/Glass
Evelina 550 type of lighting: 2G10
Evelina 1000 type of lighting: GU10, E27(PAR20), 2G10
