Product description

The solid structure of DS bench is in galvanised and polyester powder coated steel (or Corten treated with an oxidation cycle), thickness 50/10. Four rectangular tube bars are welded to the main structure, 80x40 mm T. 2 mm, to which it is fixed a plate, dimensions 2029x449 mm, helpful to accommodate a wooden seat fixed to the plate with hexagonal M8 screws screwed on specific bearings anchored to the wood.
The solid armrests, made of the same material of the bearing structure, support the backrest and they are fixed to the structure with 12 hexagonal M8 screws, then masked by a special circular cover made of steel EN10111DD11, T. 10/10 diameter 80 mm. Through the 90 degrees fold of the sheet plate some feet are obtained together with M10 holes for an eventual ground fixing with appropriate bolts.
The seat and the backrest are made of exotic wood, W. 40 mm, particularly treated with natural waterproof oils.
