Could a chair be as streamlined as the body of an aeroplane? A body that looks rounded, similar to a boulder being eroded for a long time in the sea before it reaches its ultimate shape. The base strengthens the lightness of the design by its shape. The knot is an aesthetical feature but also a technical detail. On the one side a point where all the curved lines meet and on the other side a place where the fabric can be held together.
Foam cast with a metal tubular frame with either an Aluminium polished disc base, a sledge or a 4-legged option.
In a single flowing movement, the Conco is transformed into the low Conco table. With a sturdy base and rounded corners. So everything is within hand’s reach. There is high variant for the Little Conco. The Conco T (40 or 74 cm high) has a square or rectangular (only for the higher version) top that is laminated, veneered or coated. Various sizes are possible for the top.
