Josef Hoffmann was not only close friend with Ludwig Lobmeyr. He also relied on him for most of his designs in crystal as well as in lighting. So Hoffmann became one of our most influential designers of the early 20th century. The most outstanding creation is the Cologne Chandelier for the Werkbund Exhibition in 1914, since then on show in Viennas MAK.
