Clavius, wefts of light

Clavius, the collection of lamps by Manuel Vivian with a chrome frame and a shade worked by hand with thin silken threads, expresses and exalts the profound relationship between light, matter, shape and color to create examples of lighting magic. An elegant diffuser, supported by a solid chrome-plated base, radiates a brilliance that filters through a closely woven weft of fibers.

Harmony, contrast and balance: the emotional language of light investigated in ways that go beyond the traditional without neglecting the functional and technical aspects of the lighting appliances. The result is a soft and sensual light that expands through space defining its shape while the interplay of silken threads creates a soft and unique effect.

Essential design, refined in its linearity, creates a play of light and shade, an alternation of color nuances and reflections that the weft of the diffuser handles with expertise creating atmospheres full of fascination and style in each environment.

The Clavius collection is available in ivory white, sand and tobacco. The frame is chrome-plated and the diffuser in opaline metacrylate. Clavius is available as a floor, hanging, ceiling and wall lamp in different sizes.
