The program is developed as a novel concept for the new work habitat. In a sense it is no exagerration to name the project "a homage as well as a work of erasure for the industrial visual memory". The erasure takes place in several layers; Physically, as erasing the table top thicknesses. Instead of industrially available composite panel thicknesses, one experiences only a thin lip of 2 milimeters joining the panel surface and the tapering frame. The legs are not a rectangular section with a corner, but a tubular piece that melts nearly seamlessly into the structural frame. All desktop accessories are either self standing - easily removed at any time without use of tools - or fixed to the edges of the table frame by two deliberately thin legs. The same connection makes a place for the lighting element which is a flexi-rod itself.

Looking at the managers desk, Calvino program focuses on the social relations rather than just the directoral priorities. A new manager type is emphasized who is a visionary leader and relentlessly together in the battlefield with the comrades. Emotionally fuelling the team and energising their creative potential.
