The identity of a place called Caldaro.
From materials to lights.
Architects who take on the challenge of redesigning a village need flair and intuition. Architect Walter Angonese was confident he had plenty of both. Together with ewo he placed his home village of Caldaro in a new contemporary light. “We didn’t want to alter the character of the village. In ewo we found a flexible and open-minded partner who developed a number of prototypes for our lighting concept. The effort was worth it. We found an appropriate light for a wonderful village using luminaires whose function, shape and materials are interdependent.”
