Conceived almost as an architectural component, Big is a metal bookcase that features solid uprights in extruded aluminium, “T” section, and shelves in sheet with a definitely marked front edge, looking like masonry shelves. Its well-defined shapes make it “multipurpose”, to emphasize modern, hi-tech, classic or period settings.

Also available in a new two-tone version, Big achieves its most effective expression in the substantial size of its polished anodized aluminium uprights and matt black shelves. The exclusive patented system for mounting the shelves to the uprights makes the mechanisms completely invisible and results in a harmonious, streamlined and elegant structure.

A flexible system with multiple uses and a diversity of composition possibilities - Big is a shelving system, it is a display, it is a magazine rack. Big is available in several heights with flat, inclined or pocket shelves. The project also includes a wide range of accessories such as drawers and bookends to choose from. Big comes in the free-standing or wall-mounted version.
