Beacon Desk

Building on the success of the Acorn collection, the Beacon range is all about expanding horizons and looking to the future. In addition to designing a number of new pieces, this month also sees the introduction of the bark motif and our first collection of fabrics and accessories.

The Beacon furniture collection consists of six pieces – a Desk Chair, Lounge Chair and Sofa upholstered in our new Beacon fabrics, and the Desk, Coffee Table and Side Table, which incorporate the bark motif through the use of marquetry. All six pieces are made from Ash, with the Coffee Table and Side Table accented with Black Walnut.

One of the highlights of this collection is the use of marquetry. This traditional technique is rarely used in contemporary furniture and we felt it was time to address this by introducing marquetry in a fresh and exciting way.

All bark furniture is made by hand in the UK and comes in a range of woods and fabrics. All the wood used in our furniture comes from sustainable sources and is FSC or PEFC certified.
