Anouk is the new concept, designed by Karim Azzabi for Arflex : a chair, that, as a beautiful girl, chooses the dress to wear, a chair with thousand aspects. Versatile, flirt, elegant, unruly or colored, Anouk can change mood, choosing a different dress for every occasion. The continue folded tube makes the shape of the frame, covered with four different kinds of material : fabric, leather, plexiglass and plastic tube.
Anouk plays to change aspect and personality. Covered with fabric, the chair is available for an informal situation, for example a living room. Covered with leather the chair has a determined, simple and elegant character, for community use, like for example a restaurant.
Made by plexiglass, Anouk becomes fresh and light. Combined with the colored varnish of the metal, the transparence of the material underlines the frame in an elegant way and makes the chair unruly and colored, to be used for bars and public places.
Covered with the plastic tube, Anouk dresses itself with summer and with colors and risks more, uncovering the legs in the outdoor spaces.
Metal frame. Cover in jute fabric or foam coupled with fine velvet. Springing by means of elastic straps.
